Q: How long will the service take?

A: It depends on the size of the property and condition. An End of tenancy cleaning service is unlimited in time and the cleaners work until the job is completed.

 

Q: Do you work on weekends?

A: Yes. Our cleaners are available seven days a week. 

 

Q: Is there anything I need to do?

Please make sure you provide electricity, hot water and working lights so that we can give you the best end of tenancy clean you can get.

 

Q: Do I need to arrange parking?

A: Yes, you must provide a parking spot (big enough for a mini van) as close to the property as possible (within 50 to 150 metres). The cleaning team is coming fully equipped with all needed supplies to perform the service so they need to be able to easily bring in all the equipment from their vehicle.

 

Q: Will I get my tenancy deposit back after the end of tenancy clean?

A: We strive to provide the best end of tenancy cleaning that's why we always provide a 48-hour guarantee - to ensure that you will get your deposit back. This means that if the landlord is not happy we will re-clean the property free of charge within 48-hours.

 

Q: Do you provide all cleaning equipment and materials?

A: The end of tenancy cleaning team brings all the tools and products necessary for the completion of the job.

 

Q: Do I have to defrost my fridge and freezer in advance?

A: To ensure the best possible results for your move, please make sure to defrost the fridge/freezer about 24 hours before the service begins. If the fridge/freezer is still frozen when the  cleaners arrive, they might not be able to clean it properly.

Q: Can you perform the service while I am not in the property?

A: Yes, However, you will need to arrange a key pick-up.
